Nepal Police Additional Inspector General of Police, Prakash Kunwar inaugurated the tournament in which 20 Schools are participating.
Nepal Police Higher Secondary School A defeated Shangrilla School 2-0 in the opening match. Bikrant Rana scored the opening goal in 15th minute while Anil Thapa B doubled the tally in 36th minute. Thapa was declared Man of the match.

In another match played at the same ground, Weller International School played out 0-0 draw against Banepa Immanuel Ma VI, Dhulikhel.
The tournament is played in league basis.
