FIFA announce World XI but NO Premier League stars make the cut

English Premier League had millions of Follower all Over the World But the question arises now is this is Best League in the world??FIFA have announced their World XI… but not one Premier League player was in the final team.

The team was made up of all Barcelona and Real Madrid players with the exception of highly-rated Atletico Madrid forward Radamel Falcao.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi make their record 6th appearance in the World XI with Xavi and Iker Casillas in for the fifth time.

The Premier League is the top domestic league in the world with some of the finest players on the planet and John Terry has appeared in the World XI five times.

Added to that, the Champions League was won by an English club but FIFA have overlooked Robin van Persie, who scored 36 goals for Arsenal and Manchester United in 2012 and co in favour of 11 players from the Spanish league.
Didier Drogba was also in contention as he took his glittering Chelsea career to new heights in 2012.

He scored the only goal in Chelsea's 1-0 win over Barcelona at Stamford Bridge before rescuing the Blues in the final with a late equaliser and the winning penalty in Munich.

Falcao has scored 44 goals for Atletico in 2012 including five against Deportivo in December.

Spain won their third successive major tournament this summer at EURO 2012 so it is no surprise that six of the 11 are Spanish.
