Nepal Vs Kuwait Women’s Friendly: Anu Lama Shines as Nepalese women’s Thrash Kuwaitis in First Friendly Match

Anu Lama scored four goals alone as Nepal National women's team thrashed Kuwait National women's team 8-0 in first friendly match played at Al Qadisiya Stadium, Kuwait City on Saturday evening. Sajana Rana, Laxmi Poudel, Dipa Adhikari and skipper Chandra Bhandari scored apiece to ensure high flying margin for Nepal
. It was a chilly evening in Kuwait City but Nepalese eves rocked more than 700 Nepalese spectators present at the stadium in the very first minute. APF midfielder, Sajan Rana opened the firing in the very first minute. 

When the fire was opened, Kuwaitis were then busy protecting them and conceded in frequent intervals. Anu Lama, who was partnering with Chandra Bhandari in the front line, doubled the tally in 8th minute and scored her second in 15th minute. 



Laxmi Poudel made it 3-0 in 41st minute and Army woman Dipa Adhikari extended the tally in 44th minute before going to lemon break.

Anu Lama then scored two goals in 63rd and 66th minutes respectively.

Skipper Chandra Bhandari put ice on the cake in 69th minutes. Nepalese eves will play second match on January 15 at the same stadium.
