AFC Challenge Cup 2012: Indian football team Leaves For Dubai; Will Play Two Friendly Matches

The Indian National team who just had Glory of winning SAFF championship  has left for Dubai, UAE for two week camp to prepare themselves for the upcoming AFC Challenge Cup Football Tournament which is scheduled to start from 8th of March in Kathmandu, Nepal. 


A 30 member Indian team left for Dubai this evening (9:00 PM NST). 

India are grouped with Philippines, Tajikistan and DPR Korea in Group B of AFC Challenge Cup

The camp will start from tomorrow. The Indian team will play two friendly matches against Oman and Azerbaijan on February 23 and February 27th respectively.

 Karanjit Singh, Subhasish Roychowdhury, Arindam Bhattacharya, Gurpreet Singh Sandhu.

Defenders:
 Nirmal Chhetri, Raju Gaikwad, Sameer Naik, Gourmangi Singh, Anwar Ali, Kinsukh Debnath, Syed Rahim Nabi, Arnab Mondal, Gurjinder Singh.

Midfielders: Adil Khan, Anthony Pereira, Clifford Miranda, Reisangmi Vashum, Baldeep Singh, Lester Fernandes, Rocus Lamare, Francis Fernandes, Jewel Raja, Manish Mathani, Lenny Rodrigues, Lalrindika Ralte.

Forwards:
 Sunil Chhetri, Sushil Singh, CS Sabeeth, Manandeep Singh, Joaquim Abranches .
