Mohamaed Zeeshan scored the opening goal for Pakistan in 25th minute but Mizo-lad Daniel leveled the score for India just before going for lemon break.
Right five minutes after the break, Pakistan's best striker, Mansoor Khan scored in a goal mouth melee to make the score 2-1 up for Pakistan.
The score remained same and the Pakistan created the history by winning the first title of the Championship.
