AFC Challenge Cup 2012: Maldives Coach: I Have Never Said That We Are Going To Win AFC Challenge Cup

Maldives National Football Team Coach, Istavan Urbanyi  spoke to media about his team right after landing at  Tribhuwan International Airport on Tuesday afternoon. "Thanks for welcoming us", Urbanyi said, "We are fresh back from the trip in Thailand. The trip in Thailand went good but the results were otherwise".

"We are ready for the matches", Urbanyi said, "All the teams in the group have equal chance of entering the second round". 

Maldives are grouped with Nepal, Palestine and Turkmenistan in Group A.
When asked him about the media reports in which he was quoted as saying that his team could win the AFC Challenge Cup if they play same like what they did in Semifinal match against India in SAFF Championship, Coach Urbanyi said, "I have never said that. That is their (media) own views. Yes, we want to proceed on but all the teams are equal in strength and all the matches are competitive".
