AFC Presidents Cup: Nepal Police to face Dordoi Dynamo on May 5 in Opening Match


Nepal Red Bull A Division League Champions, Nepal Police Club will take on Kyrgyz League Champions, Dordoi Dynamo in the opening match of Group B AFC Presidents' Cup qualifiers. 
The match will be played at National Olympic Stadium, Phnom Penh at 4:30 local time.
The Cops will meet Cambodian League Champions, Phnom Penh Crown FC on 7th of April and take on Bhutanese League Champions, Yeedzin FC on 9th April. 

Meanwhile, the schedule for Groups A and C of the AFC President’s Cup qualifiers has been changed after Sri Lankan Champions Ratnam Sports Club and Bangladeshi league champions Sheikh Jamal Dhanmundi Club opted to withdraw from the competition.
As per the revised schedule, Group A will feature three clubs and the matches will be played from May 8 to 12 in Lahore, Pakistan. Likewise, the Group C matches will be played in Tajikistan from May 5 to May 9 amongst three clubs. All the matches of Group B will take place as per the previous schedule in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
 The top two teams from each group will be qualified for the final round which will be played on September 24-30, 2012 and the hosts of the Finals will be announced later.
