SAFF Championship 2013: FFSL announces 27 members Preliminary Squad.

According to the Media of Srilanka,The Football Federation of Srilanka (FFSL) has announced 27 members Preliminary squad for for the Forthcoming SAFF Championship 2013.The tournament will be held from September 1- 11 with the participation of other South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) teams. 

 
The FFSL has made arrangements to send the national squad to Nuwara Eliya to play few friendly matches and training sessions in due course to accustom to the conditions of the hosting nation.
 The FFSL has also made arrangements to send the national football squad to Thailand or Qatar for training before the SAFF Championship. The squad is training under two new Brazilian coaches, Claudio Roberto Silveira and his assistant Rangel Junior Guilherme De Abreu.

 Goalkeepers: Manjula Fernando (Blue Star), Dasun Paranavithane (Air Force), Sujan Perera (Kalutara Park), Sampath Bandara (Army).
 Centre backs:  Bandara Warakagoda (Army), Sanka Danushka (Army), Suranda Bandara (Solid), Peter Charles (Navy), Amith Kumara (Solid), Mohamed Hakeem (Renown), Mohamed Sameera (Renown).
 Defenders: Tharindu Eranga (Ratnam), Lahiru Tharaka (Ratnam), M.R. Branudeen (Java Lane).
 Midfielders: Chathura Gunaratne (Negombo Youth), Raumy Mohideen (Colombo FC), Mohamed Aleem (Java Lane), T.R.T. Rizni (Colombo FC), H.D.M. de Silva (Army), M. Sanoj Sameera    (Saunders).
 Wingers: Sajith Kumara (Army), Mohamed Fazal (Renown), Nipuna Bandara (Air Force).
 Forwards: M.N.M. Nafeer (Renown), Mohamed Izzadeen (Army), Chathuranga Sanjeewa (Navy), Malik Migara (Navy).
