Reports quoting his
physiotherapist said the left hand cricketer is undergoing chemotherapy in
Boston at a cancer research institute for the past one month and since it has
been diagnosed at early stage, he would be cured and be able to play
again.
"He is now on high protein diet. I only spoke to him over phone," his physiotherapist told NDTV.
When a tumour was first detected in October it was though to be non-malignant, but later malignancy was detected and the player was taken toUSA for
treatment.
Fellow cricket Sreesanth said "we all should support him."
"He is a strong man and i hope he gets back strong," Sreesanth said.
"Wishing Yuvraj Singh a speedy recovery, all our prayers and good wishes are with him," tweeted Rohan Bopanna, tennis player.

speedy & complete recovery. On a good day there are few cricketers more
exciting than him."
